Nam O Reef has an area of about 4 hectares, is about 2 km long, and is 50-100 m wide. Nam O Reef was formed millions of years ago, due to the growth of hard and soft corals. Nam O Reef consists of two parts: Ran Ca and Ran Con. Ran Ca has jagged rocks, stretching over about 300 m and 50 m wide. Ran Con has round, smooth rocks, creating strange and beautiful shapes. Both parts are covered by a layer of lush green moss, creating a characteristic deep green color for Nam O Reef.

When you come to Nam O Reef, you will admire the natural sculptural artworks, bestowed by nature. You will admire the statues of gods, animal statues, leaf statues, musician statues, dancer statues… You will learn about interesting legends about the formation of unique rocks. You will discover the mysteries of Champa culture, a unique and colorful culture, associated with the history and place names of Vietnam.

Nam O Reef is not only a place to enjoy beautiful scenery, but also a place to exchange and learn between different cultures. Nam O Reef is the home of the people of Nam O fishing village, an ancient seaside village with a history of more than 500 years. The people of Nam O fishing village mainly live by fishing and aquaculture. They also have unique cultural features, such as the festival of Mr. Fish, the whale festival, the fishing festival, the swing festival… When you come to Nam O Reef, you will be close and friendly with the local people, enjoy delicious and famous seafood dishes of the fishing village, such as fish sauce, grilled snakehead fish, braised snakehead fish…

Nam O Reef is an ideal destination for those who love the sea and rocks. You can go to Nam O Reef by bus, motorbike, bicycle or taxi. Nam O Reef is about 15 km from the city center of Da Nang, you can go along Nguyen Tat Thanh beach road or Ton Duc Thang inner city road.
