Ninh Binh is a province located in the south of Hanoi, about 100 km from the capital. You can also take a train from Hanoi station, with at least three southbound trains every day (SE5, SE7, SE19). The train will stop at Ninh Binh station, and you can hire a motorbike taxi or taxi to get to your accommodation.
If you like freedom and adventure, you can rent a motorbike from Hanoi and drive to Ninh Binh. You will go through the CT.01 highway, turn towards Phu Ly – Ninh Binh. You need a driving license and a helmet when riding a motorbike according to Vietnamese law.
