- If you choose to walk, it will take you from 2 to 3 days to conquer the mountain peak, with the support of guides and local people. You will go through challenging but also exciting and interesting paths. You will see terraced fields, primeval forests, stalactite caves, waterfalls, and flowers typical of high mountains. You can also meet and interact with ethnic minorities, such as H’Mong, Dao, Tay, Giay, and learn about their lives.
- If you choose to take the cable car, it will only take you about 15 minutes to reach the mountain peak, with a ticket price of 750,000 VND for adults and 500,000 VND for children. You will enjoy the majestic and fresh scenery of the Northwest mountains from above. You can also take the Muong Hoa mountain train from SunPlaza to Sapa station, then take the cable car to Fansipan Peak, with a ticket price of 100,000 VND for adults and 50,000 VND for children. You will admire the beautiful panoramic view of Muong Hoa valley from the train.
When you reach the mountain peak, you can take a souvenir photo with the highest milestone of the Indochinese Peninsula, visit unique architectural works, such as Kim Son Bao Thang pagoda, Ba Chua Thuong Ngan temple, A Di Da statue, and watch the beautiful sunrise or sunset on the mountain peak.
