“Once upon a time, in this land, there was a handsome Hmong boy with the talent of playing the jaw harp. The sound of his jaw harp was as clear as a stream, chirping like a forest bird, sometimes deep, solemn, and poignant like the wind in the middle of the night that keeps flying far, far away. A fairy in the upper realm named Peach Blossom, who was extremely beautiful, accidentally heard the sound of his jaw harp and followed the wind to the mortal world to find the jaw harp player. Falling in love with him, she found a way to stay in this land. They got married and had a chubby baby boy. But not long after, the fairy was discovered and punished by being turned into two mountains, to forever remember her husband and son”.
